Shipping policy
Where we ship. Anywhere in India that our courier delivers. Outside India, please order on seiberach.com.
When your order leaves Jaipur.
- Made-to-order pieces (sherwanis, jodhpuri suits, indo-western outfits and our hand-embroidered kurta sets), in your chest size or made to measure: made and dispatched in 8 to 10 days. For made to measure, the days count from when we confirm your measurements with you.
- Ready-made pieces, where the product page says "ready to ship": dispatched within 3 days.
How long delivery takes. We ship by tracked courier and send you the tracking link by email and WhatsApp the day your order leaves Jaipur. Usual delivery time after dispatch: 3 to 5 working days anywhere in India. This is the courier's normal time, not a guarantee: weather or holidays can add a few days. The tracking link always shows the latest date.
Need it for a date? Write your wedding or event date in the box above the Add to cart button on the product page. If we cannot deliver in time, we tell you straight away.
Shipping cost. Free on every order within India.
Taxes. All prices include GST. Orders ship within India, so there are no customs duties and nothing more to pay on delivery.
If we are late. If we find we cannot dispatch by the date we gave you, we tell you straight away with a new date. You can then cancel for a full refund, or wait.
Lost parcels. If tracking shows no movement for 10 working days, tell us and we trace it with the courier. If it is lost, we replace it or refund you.
Damaged parcels. If your parcel arrives damaged, email us photos within 7 days of delivery. We replace it or refund you. Returns are explained in our refund policy.
Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we can send it again; the new shipping cost is yours.
